A brief story about the company
JJEEMZS Construction Services was established in November 2016 by Mr. Elmer B. Sasi, a Degree Holder of Electrical Engineering, with its office at his abode in Taytay, Rizal. The word JJEEMZS came from the initials of the owner’s family first names named Janeth (wife), Jheannemel (daughter), Elmer, Elly John (son), Merieneth (eldest daughter), Zheb (son), and Sophia (youngest daughter). Our company is providing services such as Designed for Architectural, Electrical, Civil and Mechanical. Also, with Expertise in Constructions for Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical works, etc. including Fabrication for Steel and Aluminum, Fixed Furniture’s, Equipment, Plant and Machine Installation including Testing and Commissioning and Finishing works.
JJEEMZS Construction Services creates a safe working environment for its employees through continual training experience and a can-do attitude through Industrial Plant, Residential Building and also trading of all required parts, utilities, and others company requirements

Business Owner’s Profile
From Project Assistant in an Engineering Firm to becoming a Business Owner, Mr. Elmer B. Sasi also worked as a corporate employee before achieving what he has today. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at Rizal Technological University while working as a Project Assistant to Project Engineer who handled Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Civil Works in Pharmaceutical Plant (Clean Room and Production Equipment), way back 2000-2012 to pursue his studies of becoming an Engineer. From there, he managed to collect his learning experiences and sharpen his skills to engage in a new organization as Project Manager in Sunertech Corporation (High Voltage Equipment Protection and Tester supplier’s in Electrical Trading) including their sister Company “Integrated Engineering Solutions” for Electrical Consultancy Firm in the year 2012 -2014. Then he became the Co-owner/Project Manager of JMAR Industrial Services from 2014 up to 2019. And now, build up his own construction company named JJEEMZS Construction Services formerly known as “JJEEMZS Enterprises” since 2016 up to present.
